Wrote up my intial post for the MH3U help thread in microsoft word. All basic mechanics and rookie mistakes covered. Just need the game to confirm a couple things and we are good to go.

I tell ya, just covering the basics so they don't make rookie mistakes is huge. I barely scratched the surface and it's like 8 pages, single spaced. I didn't even touch weapon type specifics, forging and upgrading, and advanced hunting techniques like I originally planned. Makes me appreciate the work done for the wiki and the official MH3U guide that's 1200 pages.

What's new with me? Well, I placed 2nd in that competition. So instead of winning 100,000 dollars, I won 50,000 dollars... or should I say... I JUST WON 50,000 DOLLARS AND I DIDN'T EVEN PLACE 1st!

Yeah, I can see there being a problem with the 3DS version, but I had no problems with the Wii U demo. I guess you guys are right though.

Time limit didn't bug me all that much. Maybe it's because I've played Tri for quite a while? I dunno, I just didn't find it all that hard.

For people who have played tri quite a bit its not too bad, just kind of annoying. For newcomers, they shouldn't attempt it unless they can destroy the easy quest. Circle pad pro should help in the full game though.

all wii u games have online electronic manual connected to the game as you insert the into game the wii u you can view its manual for its game on the wii u gamepad on the home menu press home button to view it while playing this game. no internet you can't view the manual.
