The Reason I am Waiting till December to get a Wii U: I am waiting till Nintendo fixes the bugs and kinks out of the Wii U first before I buy it because I knew that It will be broken on Launch Day.

@ "Viral Light" you can have the fastest car in the world but if your stuck behide a slow moving car you cant go anywhere. Flash is fast but something in the wii u is slowing it down.

waiting a few weeks wont do much you will probably have to wait till like 4th shipments this is what i was affraid of nintendo rushing out systems to meet demand when you rush quality controlle suffers.

Sorry Goomba even if he sends it to nintendo he wont get a new system they will just try to repair the 1 he has which sucks. They dont even have extras to replace this is the gamble we take to be day 1 buyers of new electronics.

how long did your update take and how is your system there are people reporting briked systems cause they lost power or shut them off during update which is a big no no and some people saying they cant get there gamepad to connect

It took around 2 and a half hours including the installation. Nothing happened at all, I didn't lose power.
