funny how 500GB HDD for Wii U feels like infinite space but on PS4/XBO it's the same as a 8GB Wii U

Just curious... how long is the Wii U pro controller supposed to last with the red light blinking? On the gamepad it lasts like 2 minutes but on the pro controller that battery life lasts forever O.o haven't charged it once yet :D

That's bull crap, my gamepad lasts like half an hour if lucky when it's blinking red light... the pro controller lasts forever though :D

I play mines for about 3hrs then the ligths came on. About an hr later it started blinking. Then about 1.45hr it turn off. This was when I frist got it. Idk about now since I don't play that long any more.
So idk it could just be how the battery has been used.

It sounds really shocking how the Wii U pro controller would only last that long... D:

Real geeks don't let friends watch BBT. Point them towards IT Crowd instead.

5 seasons? Well, I just found my new Catchup show :P
I get you. What I've watched of the IT Crowd is great, but there's a whole slew of differences between the two. BBT is very much fake geek, with them using Stephen Hawking as some praised metric when he hasn't done jack all for his field in 15ish years, with 90% of his ideas being proven wrong/highly debated.

Stephen Hawking is over hyped, which is amazing considering he's a guy in a wheelchair.

So, going to make another stupid prediction for 2015: VR will flop hard. Something about this whole trend just screams "3D!" To me. Overpriced Displays, overhyped by people, etc. Add this to the power requirements and I don't think it's going to succeed.

It is a trend. 3D been around since the 30's and never catches on no matter how much it's pushed. VR since the early 80's and esp mid 90's. People do not like wearing crap on their head for watching or playing as a general rule. VR is a fad.

Both fade in and out of popularity. Neither catch on for a long period of time. Never have never will as long as you have to wear crap on your face.

I have learned I am doing an ifixit type tear down just to replace the HDD lol. Not joking post pics later when I take them but you have to disconnect everything even take out the MB. I'm not surprised it's DELL who did something this asinine. when I had a XPS 400 the MB was a proprietary one in reverse so a lot of stuff could not fit on the board so you had to buy direct.

I hate dell now and had my Asus since 2012 and love it. Not sure why I used to go dell. Familiar I guess. Still a fun project tho so not mad
