Hello and just to answer your question yes this forum is real and it didn't used to be a playground for trolls and stupidness around here til after the wii u launch sadly. If u happen to get bored/tired of this forum(in which I've helped quite a few ppl out already) I might be able to find u a cool wuf forum to post on that's NOT full of trolls and stupidity.That's if u get tired of it here and just shoot me a PM about it for more info.

I dont know what it is either but according to FE wiki it says it reduces the enemy's Luck to 0 for one turn when the user is attacked indirectly. Its activation rate is Luck as a percentage.
