People actually complained about Resetti, so they made him optional.
I remember when I was a kid I would purposely reset my Gamecube to revel in the beautiful sunshine him off.
Those were the golden days.

He was a lot more terrifying in the gamecube version. But Sonny creeps me out with the thunderstorm sounds in the background when he's REALLY irritated.
