how do i play my wii virtual consoles games that ive saved to sd card and transfer the data from sd card to my wii men on wii u, so i can play them on the wii menu on wiiu

i wish the wii u and wii have a games convertor so i can play usa games and japanese games on them , just like the snes did with it games convertor

all wii u games have online electronic manual connected to the game as you insert the into game the wii u you can view its manual for its game on the wii u gamepad on the home menu press home button to view it while playing this game. no internet you can't view the manual.
