So here is a visual comparison from the 3DS vs 360 versions. To be honest...it's not really looking THAT much better. Other than being slightly more detailed. What do you guys think?

Yeah, it doesn't look all that much better. It all comes down to whether you would prefer it on a handheld or a console.

Yeah, this is pretty much how I thought it was going to be.
Quite honestly though, I don't plan on buying the home console version for a long while due to the fact that I have the 3DS version..
Chances are I'll wind up picking up the PS3 version for like $15-20 eventually.

A 3ds game being ported to consoles looking very similar just highlights the 3ds's great graphical capabiilties.

This.I don't know what anyone else is thinking, but this looks bloody gorgeous.
I probably won't be picking it up, due to the fact of no money, but wow. I'm really impressed that an HD version of a handheld game could look this good.

I was about to post this. The 3ds is more powerful than most people think. Honestly, the biggest difference is the resolution. 3DS has a pretty low one (nothing more than 360p I think). There's also a difference in detail, but that's nothing bad really.

Just as I thought...you have a fever and a severe case of nearsightedness.
Step 1: Open eye
Step 2: Rub eyes
Step 3:Bump up to HD quality
Step 4: Realize that this game looks a lot better than some non-HD remakes
Repeat Steps 1-4 Until Beauty Is Seen

Not buying a console version, but wow.
The minimal difference between the two versions is pretty impressive for the 3DS.

I hope console owners pick this up just to see how much better it is than RE6

I thought it just showed A bad port. The loading times are still rancid, it was made from the ground up for the 3Ds.

I miss the old Resident Evil styles games like Directors Cut and RE2. The new ones are too straight forward, you're on pretty much a set path and don't involve much thinking when trying to figure out the puzzles and such. I remember on RE2 being lost in that damn police station for hours trying to figure out a puzzle or looking for one door a certain key was used for.
That was off topic but that is a nice comparsion. 3DS matches up well.

reveleations has a few, like the laser grid, the coind, and cleaning the pool, but they are more practical and not overtly goofy like they were in re2.
