Why not just report her?
There's usually a little report icon to click if you mouse over the corners.
And yeah it's based on sites you visit/search online.

I see ads like that here all the time. I don't even use dating sites.

Just note that google has ad trackers. So if you go to some websites they will keep that information and puts ads that are close to that.
