I think everything mentioned on the last ND will make an appearence at E3 - don`t know if all will be playable, though - plus all the 3rd party announced titles.
In terms of not announced/not shown games i expect:
Retro`s game
Battlefield 4
Call of Duty 2013
Some Wii U Pokemon game (calling it Pokemon Z)
Metroid
Final Fantasy
Metal Gear Solid

If we get a Pokemon game on Wii U it wouldn't be called Z, Pokemon Z would fit a third version for X & Y on the 3DS.
Don`t Pokémon games come out in doubles? Not really a follower of the series.
I used the Z because if the game does have some sort of connection with the 3DS games, it would be easier to understand a connection, even for those unfamiliar with the series.

Even though I've made my line-up list in other threads, I'm going to do it once more. (With some changes).
In no particular order:
3rd Party (Dream list/partially realistic):
-MGS: HD Collection
-GTA: HD Collection
-GTA V
-Something from Valve (c'mon, this is a "dream-list!" Highly unlikely that Valve will develop something for Wii U. But if they did: Orange Box 2.0, Half Life HD Collection, Portal 2?)
-MVC 3
-Street Fighter X Tekken
-AC IV
-Watch Dogs
-And maybe, just MAYBE!!! EA will straighten up and put stuff on Wii U!! ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS A "DREAM-LIST!" I realize EA will more than likely not put much else on Wii U. But if they did: Battlefield 4, ME Trilogy Collection (ME 1,2 & 3 w/ all DLC!), Medal of Honor, Dead Space.
1st Party (What we expect):
-Mario 3D (Galaxy Team)
-Yoshi Yarn
-Mario Kart U/8
-SSB Universe
-Retro
-"X"
-Pokemon X?
-Retro Studios game
-Zelda WW HD
1st Party (Dream list/partially realistic):
-Zelda U (next Zelda game) Details/Art
-Metroid U & Metroid HD Collection (Metroid, Metroid II, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime)
-StarFox U (This will be great with the four Wii remotes, and also the gamepad)
-F-Zero U (I'm actually getting tired of the potential "U" name for each potential Wii U game.
-Mario V. Donkey Kong! Come on! The gamepad would be perfect!
-Wario Land U
-Wii Sports U
More E3 2013 Announcements:
-2 Gamepads
-VC having GC games!!!!
-VC getting ramped up patch, including additions of other games: Yoshi's Island,*cough* and Gameboy (Original) games: Super Mario Land,

Since Ruby and Sapphire, each generation of mainstream Pokemon games have usually follow the pattern of 2 games, a third "update" game (which in this case would be Z) and two remakes, the only exceptions were Black 2 and White 2 which was done by a side team at Game Freak to bridge the 2 year release gap between the X & Y and original Black and White, while the main team was working on X and Y.Don`t Pokémon games come out in doubles? Not really a follower of the series.

^^
new ones are in the more hopeful area
+some new 3rd party support.
ninties rumored new 2nd party(rumored roughly 2-3x the audiance of bayenetta)
end of EA hate.
COD with same treatment as PS4/720(wiiU will likly out sell those to do to the # of wiiU's owners out by the time =/, but fail to match 360/PS3 sales).
mentions of games on wiiU through in with PS4 and 720.

Had no idea. To me it was always in pairs and original games.
Thanks!

I wonder if SSB4 will be at E3 after Sakurai's hand injury?
