I currently got a HD TV and I hooked up my PS2 to it and started Destroy All Humans and it looked TERRIBLE. I was wondering if a HDMI existed for the PS2. I know its an old system but have someone made such a thing? I saw some on ebay but not sure if they are legit.

HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!
That translates into no.

There is RGB cables which make better quality than the basic yellow. But that is about the best you'll get.

No HDMI, but component cables are an improvement.

As already mentioned the PS2 does not support HDMI. The PS3 and Xbox 360 were the first consoles to support it. The best you can get out of the PS2 is component which is the five RCA cable with red and white for audio and red, green and blue for video. I'm not sure if all PS2 games supported component level resolutions though although it should still make a difference.
