I agree, but not for the reasons you listed. If the game is being developed, it's probably being done by Platinum Games as they've expressed desire to make a SF game.

Where did you find this? As far as I know there isn't a way to "hack the Wii U"

this was back when the wii u first came out (back in november), it wasn't purposely "Hacked" but someone was able to get administer rights

a few days later Nintendo confirmed that this was indeed legit. and he had hacked into miiverse.
