Personally i would lose all hope for Wii U if Nintendo fails to show anything that looks "next gen" at e3

Nothing. I'll buy the games that come out later on. There will always be people who are disappointed and are hard to impress.

Personally, I'm not looking for any "next gen" announcements coming from Nintendo. All I want is an efffing Pikmen and Wonderful 101 release date.

They will show:
-whatever they want from ssb4
-pikmin 3
-w101 and bayo2
-ww hd info
and i think that should be enough to get away with it.

if Nintendo doesnt show something at E3 that turns heads would you be disappointed or neutral?
Why just disappointed or neutral?
Why is ecstatic not an option?

I'll move to New York and become a Dancing Cowboy.
I really doubt gaming media would be impressed with anything Nintendo could do.
They could announce they bought naughty dog and uncharted 4 would be exclusive to wii u and the sony fangirls would say naughty dog were bad at games anyway.
They could cure world boredom and IGN's Rich George would say "But I liked going on Twitter when I was bored :'( wah wah".

Not buy a Wii U this year until makes a better show at the E3 after next I guess? I fairly certain they'll be showing us that new Wii Fit U game and I'm not looking forward to that. -_-'

I'm actually expecting this year to be the best E3 for Wii U.
I'm pretty excited for the reveal of the new Smash Bros, the new Mario 3D project, and of course more of X and Bayonetta 2.

I'd personally be disappointed, not as a gamer, just as someone following their business closely. IMO the next Nintendo Direct and E3 will be make or break moments for this an next year. Nintendo direct 2013 for games this year. E3 for games next year, giving people something to salivate over and keep the faith until another Nintendo direct 2014

When is the next Nintendo direct?
We don't know, but it'd be wise to have one before E3, even Iwata said that Nintendo can do game announcements any time with Nintendo Direct but E3 is a "good place for people to try out new software" this indicates a Nintendo Direct, if I were Iwata I'd do one on the same day of the Speed download, not only to explain extras but announce what the Summer update has in-store. Oh and of course tell us release date for games such as Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, Mario Kart U, Super Smash (at least a newcomers trailer), footage of Bayonetta 2 etc.
That way E3 is left to show off Retro's IP, X, and some unannounced IPs for 2014

They won't dissapoint. But if they would, I would just.. not buy a Wii U until they impress me. Might buy a PS4 instead.

I doubt they will. Unlike PS4 and Micro$oft they are only showing games and not a new system. I think whenever any company a company shows console and talks about hardware and that stuff it bores people compared to games. Plus we have a boatload of 3DS games and I have a feeling we will get some Wii U good news too. I heard how a kid at my school said wii U will make nintendo go bankrupt but I doubt that. I have a feeling E3 will be a good time for it.

they would have to do a INCREDIBLY BAD JOB of making everyone dissapointed with all of the games they are showing. i mean its almost impossible!
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.
