yeah tokyo EAD 2 i believe. im excited and a little afraid at the same time.

I hope mario kart u is based more on driving skill than luck this time.

Also it would be cool if there were a few Sonic characters in it since they met through the Olympic series.

for the new mario kart i Seriously hope for 2 things

1. hitting a wall doesn't make you completely stop, just bounces you off with a slower speed.

2. Getting hit by banana or shells doesn't make you completely stop, it hits you like it does in double dash (hits you forward)

For the new Mario 3D game, its going to be the same way to play like it is in galaxy and 3D land, but your going to be back collecting stars instead of flag poles. again 120 stars to complete and maybe bonus stars at the end or a 100% complete reward.

• Kart/Track editor, online sharing
• Dual Gamepad support, allowing off-tv multiplayer
• Additional Cups
• Coin challenges and Mirror modes
• No retro tracks, maybe later with dlc
• Roster increased that rivals smash bros
• Optional 16 player frenzy races
• Dynamic tracks

​Off all of these I want dynamic tracks the most, maybe have some that are user triggered.

I also really hope they get rid of tracks from previous Karts, they may be nice but I want new experiences.

 

​Super Mario:

• 8 story sandbox worlds, all connected making 1 big planet
• Bowsers Castle is one of those worlds
• 2 hub areas, Mario's house is in one of those areas
• 1 secret sandbox world
• Lots of freedom to explore beautiful natural environments, and get rewarded for doing so
• Equivalent to 15 stars per world + special coin/secret challenges
• Coins are actual currency and used for power-ups, collectibles and other things
• Wario and Yoshi make an appearance
• Peach is kidnapped by Bowser

While I absolutely loved the Galaxy series, the levels were really linear.

I missed the freedom you had in 64 and Sunshine.

It would be great if they made exploration a big part of the game.

for the next mario I'm really hoping they revisit Isle Delfino and give me a new Sunshine. (not a remake.) The sun and sounds would be awesome in HD, but i must admit a Galaxy would sound and look great also. As for Mario Kart, id like to see Mario Kart Complete. Allllll the tracks, plus new ones and at least 50 characters. I want to race with a pianta or a goomba. And of course please bring back the riding partners from Double Dash! Also one of my biggest gripes on MK wii was you had to unlock all the goodies alone. In DD this could be done with 2-player, which is kind of the point of these games

I doubt it though since Sega has their own kart racing series, now if they combined to make a mutant baby, THAT would be cool. Mutant babies are always cool.

I really hope they bring lots of new Characters to Mariokart U like the Penguin!

I'm really curious to see what the next 3D Mario will be like. They surprised us when they announced Super Mario Galaxy. What will be next? Super Mario Pirates? I'd like that OMG. They are probably going to "get back to the roots" with the next 3D Mario though.

 

And the next Mario Kart? Well, one word, AWESOME. I trust Nintendo on that one.
