Please please PLEASE have a GameCube VC Nintendo. You don't really how many people would jump for joy if you did something like that. On ther other hand though, can't wait to download and play Super Mario World again. haven't played that game in ages.

These aren't all 30 cents are they?1. Either way I'll buy quite a few.

I can't wait for the GBA games, ditto for the GameCube, I just hope we get the Pokemon games, alot of the old catridge's internal batteries are dying and we need replacements.

Don't think so. The 30 cent ones were those released prior to the official release of the VC. These should all be regular price. That said Super Metroid was also announced as being one of those promotional titles too. Hopefully it is 30 cents.

Yay. Now if only they'd put Yoshi's Island on the VC... at least they FINALLY got Earthbound.

I can't wait to transfer Link to the Past over to replay it! Also, it's not even funny how much cash Nintendo is going to pocket because of Earthbound. (I'm anxious to play that one too, it'll be my first time.)

They mentioned plans for N64 games, but will you be able to re-buy them on Wii U? NES and SNES are confirmed to be able to do that, sure hope it's the same for N64. I'm looking to replay Majora's Mask as well!

Gotta get my Wii in for repair real soon so I can finally do my transfer. It still works, but certain parts of the system are corrupt and I can't access Wii Shop Channel for the transfer utility. Sucks...

Oh snap. According to this webpage, it may be possible in the future to play VC games on both the Wii U and the 3DS. So in other words, if you buy a VC game on the 3DS you can play it on the Wii U and vice versa. AWWW YEAH.

I'm still trying to figure out how they'd deal with the Gamecube's analog shoulder buttons (sans Z); perhaps a new Pro Controller?

The pressure sensitivity wasn't a big deal in most games. The clicking csn easily be done by the two sets of shoulder buttons. For example: Super Mario Sunshine: on the GameCube, gently pressing R would allow you to move amd spray, and clicking it would let you aim the water. Gently pressing could be zR and holding it would be R, (or vice versa: Don't Wii U Virtual Console games let you remap the buttons?). It's a common mistake people make: the GameCube did have pressure sensative triggers, but very few games actually used them; it's the clickable triggrrs that were used a lot.

Now, let's see if Nintendo can give us a steady stream of VC releases on a weekly basis instead of throwing out a few bones here and there. They need to stay consistent this time.
