I would love to add something like a cross game video chat, so you can call each other on wii u chat in game. And it shows up in the corner of the screen!
Also add music in game would be amazing!

Third Party Support, mainly Bethesda and Kojima (don't care about the rest of Konami, just want that Metal Gear and Zone of the Enders reboot)

Just a general better online UI, Have a Wii U online app, That makes it easier to see your friends list , easily see what they are playing, Create parties etc, trophies, Cross game chat blah blah.

Internal video recording. Being able to flip a switch in the home menu would be nice.
Make a more centric part for miiverse. The great social interactions that Nintendo aimed for shouldn't be limited to software titles. On that note, they could remove character limits on posts as well as temporary partybuilding for better session building.
Provide pro controller/Wii more functionality for eShop and Settings.
Session shortcutting through friends list.

Installation of disc games to a HDD, new Mii's with more clothing and options ect, cross game voice/party chat, games are tied to your account not console, video uploads for Miiverse, creation of own Miiverse communitys, customization of Wara Wara Plaza and more 3rd party support.
