This is ridiculous to me. I live with my grandmother and don't have internet. I only have the internet on my phone and I cannot tether. I always have to go to my mom's house to get anything done. So if I was an Xbox fan and wanted this system I would be totally screwed. I can imagine other people who do want it and are in my type of position, it's quite unfair to them. I can't understand why they would go and do something like this.

It's like Microsoft thought about shooting themselves in the foot. But then they decided just to stab and cut their foot instead. It might not be as bad, but it's still bad.

you folks do realize... that all these games will stop working in the imminent near future right?

And im not talking about ms servers go down, or are under maintenence so your box cant verify and locks you out from your games for a day or two.

You dont own these games. You dont even the system. You buy permission to use it. When this generation is over, you will never be able to play these games you bought but dont own, on the system you bought but dont own, ever again. It will become a brick.
