Call me a nerd, but the only music I've been listening to recently are video games soundtracks; both retro 8-bit music to nowadays.

I'm currently working on a mix of instrumental stuff, and here's two I'm using back-to-back.

Hatfield and the North - Calyx
High Llamas - Glide Time

I also just became aware of these guys via The Needle Drop.

The song on "To" has a screechy sound near the end, but aside from that...

I've recently rediscovered Franz Ferdinand. Their first album is their best in my opinion, although "You Could Have It So Much Better" and "Tonight" are also good.

It depends on what mood I'm in.
If I want happy music, mabe Pop or Jazz.

I like K-pop but not all of it(mainly because I don't understand it). :wacko:

Video game sound tracks are some of the best, In My Opinion though.

I am now listening to the ending of the first season of Baka to test.
The ending looks like of a yaoi manga, but it's nothing like that. It's just a joke.

I don't listen to much music, but my taste varies. I like songs like All The Right Moves by OneRepublic, Masterpiece Theatre III by Marianas Trench, Time After Time by Cindi Lauper, Foolish Foolish by Yuya Matsurainbowa, Walk This Way by Aerosmith, Chances by Five For Fighting, Broken Arrow by Pixie Lott... yup. It varies.

I'm listening to Art of the Dress from MLP right now. Along with Winter Wrap Up, it's my favourite song from the series. For a song in a children's show, it's great and it really shows how much effort is put into MLP.
