I think I'm the only one who is really excited about this. It has co-op in a 3D Mario game. I absolutely loved 3D Land, so I don't mind a sequel. The graphics look amazing, and the game looks like a lit of fun.
I agree, if people watch the dev interview you may find more things about the game that you end up liking.
You can control camera with gyro in gamepad or also control the camera the same as you would in Mario 64. I also like the clear pipes and find that to be a cool concept. You can get coins, and control how you go through the pipes to avoid enemies .. and you can throw fireballs inside.
