I might still pass on this game. You get a GameCube game with above average modern lighting and probably more polygons for probably $60.
BUT you get BEST gamecube game with all that!

I'll most likely pick this up, seeing as its the ony Zelda game I haven't played twice!

Wii U version looks like a completely new game! The lighting and shaders are amazing!!!

Its more for people who don't have a gamecube anymore, this game will be cheaper then getting a gamecube and the gamecube game. (AKA People like ME!)
Ok i have a confession to make, when i saw this game on the direct i thought it didn't look like much of a improvement at all (maybe because it was a 240P laggy pixalted stream) but now i can tell that It looks... so pretty!

The main thing this Video does for me, is show how good the original version still looks even to this day.
The Wii U version is a huge improvement, but it still could have been better, like more polygons. It's not worth 60 bucks, but 40 I think.

Looks great though, I'd buy it if it was $40 and I'll probably just buy a used copy later on ebay or something.

modern cell style lighting/shading, retouched textures, redone hd quality skybox....
But ouch, that original cube geometry is seriously hurting. Shame adaptive tesselation is too wonky to use here. But i can understand them not wanting to remodel an entire game.
Will buy for the price of a gamecube game. No higher.

I never had a Gamecube, so I'll be getting this.
However, I really do hope they've bothered to go beyond just making everything HD. Like adding a hardarse dungeon or a lot more sidequests.

I've played through WW 4 times, once within the last 2 years. I have 2 Gamecubes and 2 copies of Ww, and I'm still buying this day one lol. Possibly my favorite game ever, with the original LOZ.
