Watch Dogs.
The ability to hack equipment in various ways is more appealing than the recycled concept of trying to control an open world city.

Well, with GTA, you already know what to expect. The games are fun, but they all follow the same formula. I personally think Watch Dogs is more interesting.

You're buying your multiplatform games on the PS4?

Well I don't think GTA 5 is coming to next-gen consoles which is unfortunate because I would of bought it for PS4. But since Watch Dogs is a lot like GTA but you can hack things, I'll get Watch Dogs on PS4/Wii U (I haven't decided yet) and GTA 5 for 360.

Watchdogs for the gamepad experience on the Wii U, GTA 5 on the PC for the definitive version.

I would go GTA5, simply because their formula is battle tested and it's being tweaked with the 3 character stuff. Also I really love GTAs writing and I love the film Heat so put those two together and it's a match made in heaven.
WatchDogs in the other hand is still very new and we've yet to know if the game will play well/good or if the story will be any good.

I'd have to say Watch Dogs. It's basically a version of GTA that you can hack technologies in. (From what I understand)

Watch Dogs because Grand Theft Auto is boring for me...at least the fourth one.

Erm, GTA V is only on PS3 and Xbox 360, so what you say would be impossible
I can't decide either, they both look awesome......

Waiting is better than getting the two crappy versions.

The PC port? Didn't GTA4 have issues on PC, so they didn't bring Red Dead Redemption to it?....It's Rockstar, Zinix. It will not be crappy.
