Yep, yep, that's exactly what he's talking about. It happens when you attempt to send a report as well, and according to Wydra it's also happening to regular posts now, though it hasn't happened to me yet, so I'm assuming it's just an isolated case for now.

look at when forms are submitted, and then the page that's formatting output from forms.We've actually been trying to figure out what's going on, however the person I was talking with has not been getting the errors. I also haven't been getting the errors for over a month now
