I was able to download them from my brother's PS4 TW101 plays much better on it.
I think Nintendo was going to let you access the eShop on a PC or Smartphone and whatever you buy would automatically download on your Wii U.

They only said PC, and only in-app purchases are allowed on smartphone's shops, so would be against their terms.I was able to download them from my brother's PS4 TW101 plays much better on it.
I think Nintendo was going to let you access the eShop on a PC or Smartphone and whatever you buy would automatically download on your Wii U.
