Realistically there's no way to help you without also knowing their movesets/natures and your strategies for your pokemon. Who are your sweepers, do you have a tank, etc.

Judging from the standard uses, it seems like you don't have a special sweeper, with the closest thing being Goodra (unless it's the Rotom; I don't know what you mean by X). Paraflinch Togekiss always works, and I've been doing pretty well with Klefki, but you already have a prankster.

But we really need to know more. Is this VGC or Smogen? What are the spreads of your guys right now? Do you have a particular strategy in mind?

We need to know more. Is it doubles? Singles? How many Pokemon are allowed? Abilities? Because having a Whimsicott and using the moves you are without an ability makes no sense, considering Whimsicott's two major abilities are Prankster, which it seems you aren't using him for, or Infiltrator, which is similar.

You might want some Psychic, Dark, and Fighting coverage there, so Gallade could be a good fit.

252 Att 252 Spe Adamant
Choice Scarf/Life Orb
Night Slash/Knock Off (Gen 5 Move Tutor)
Psycho Cut/Zen Headbut (Gen 5 Move Tutor)
Close Combat, Power-up Punch (If Scarfed), Drain-Punch (Gen 5 Move Tutor)
Trick (Gen 5 Move Tutor)/other coverage move/Swords Dance (if Life Orb)

The Scarf Set is best with Trick, but I'm not sure if you have easy access with Gen 5. Just my two cents, but I don't battle much, so make of that what you will.

Singles. It has Prankster

I like using Cotton Guard. It worked greatly last gen, dunno about this gen.

I would use the final slot for a Defog/Rapid Spin user, because of Charizard. Latias/Latios, Mandibuzz, and Scizor are great Defog users, while Excadrill, Starmie, Forretress, and Donphan are great Rapid Spin users.

Personally, I run Latios because it fulfills the role of a special attacker and that of a hazard cleaner.

Eh, my problem is that Whimsicott, while it does benefit from Prankster, seems to be better a debuffer with prankster.  etc.

As Blake said, a good choice would probably be a defog/rapid spin user.
