Why is the Introduction Central in the Gaming sub-forum?

It's because I want to encourage new members to introduce themselves before getting themselves into the heat of discussions. It wasn't so much a "put it under Gaming" decision as it was "put it at the top".

EDIT!! Maybe you should make a whole different category for it then?
