And I bought a 3ds xl in december... I'm gonna cry for my money because I'm buying one

Watching the ND right now. If this comes over, especially as that MH4U bundle, I'll totally buy. I've had my XL for 2 years, but the buttons have gotten really squishy. Plus C-stick for MH, RE, and XB! Of course, if it doesn't come over I'm fine with that too.

I'm assuming that the bew hardware is for things like multitasking and menus. I don't think they want to alienate anyone who have the other systems.

Don't forget NFC for Amiibo. New 3ds has it built right in like the Wii U Gamepad, old 3ds systems will require a small portal/adapter like skylanders.

That sounds logical... But I am having a very hard time believing the arm11's as they are in the 3ds can handle something like xenoblade. The gpu in the 3ds smokes hollywood, but the cpu cant hang with broadway, and Xenoblade was really impressive for wii.

If it is for all 3ds systems, then I dont need to buy the new models... But Gunpei help me if its new 3ds only... Ill have to buy one.

October 11th. EU and NA probably 2015 ... early I hope. Would perfer 2014 here too as I want dat nfc built in and Xenoblade in my hands.

Any word on increased resolution? Should be a given requirement considering the increased viewable angle of the 3d effect.

*EDIT* Oh I see. Camera eye tracking adjusts the angle of the 3ds effect direction in real time. Thats... Thats really impressive. And cost effective...
