Super Nintendo for me. That system was the best thing Nintendo has ever made, as far as I'm concerned. Then it quickly went downhill with the N64.

N64, mostly because i grew up with it and love the games
Super mario 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Goldeneye, Ocarina of Time, Banjo Kazooie, Star fox 64, that dinosaur one that i cant remember :s (not jurassic park, was something like turok?), DK 64, just a bunch of games really.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

Sega Saturn. Great games, great controller, excellent 32-bit graphics, and the best sound chip of any Sega console.

Oh, what a difficult decision.. but I'll go with the N64. As old as I am, the N64 was the first console I've ever gotten. (during my doll-playing phase..) That doesn't mean it's the first console I've ever played. Oh no.. My childhood ran on Sega, thanks to Gaymer.
Mmm yes.. I remember when I saw a used N64 at the flea market and my parents saw me eying that prize, so they bought it for me. Mind you, they were pricey during those days. The reset button was jammed, but my father fixed it and I must say, I still have that good ol' N64 back at home with me. Of course, it doesn't work anymore, but I'll always treasure it as I do my gamecube.
Ahem.. Rambling about my past aside, I thought the N64 had the best games that have brought me into enjoying the types of games I do now. My favorite games being Bomberman64/Hero, Mario Party3/2, Super Smash Bros, Star Fox 64, etc.. Those were the games that I adored. And if not have played sooner, I would have never recognized them.
But don't get me wrong. I also adored the Super Nintendo and the gamecube. All three of these wonderful consoles have been my favorites, but the N64 is what brought me into gaming in general. That.. and Mortal Kombat.

1.Nintendo 64 [ truly amazing games]
2.Gamecube [it brought something new to the table, and a bunch of awesome games]
3.Wii U! it might be going up on the list later on, but for now it's staying n third place. It needs to get into the game and bring some new epic games, and the graphic is a huge plus for making it even more amazing.
But N64 brought Banjo-kazooie and Banjo-Tooie so my loyalty stays with it

My favorite is probably Xbox 360 right now. So many of my favorites are on 360: Phantasy star universe, star ocean 4, Gears of war 3, Halo 3.
3ds will be my favorite system when pokemon and zelda come out.

The Gamecube.
Nintendo did a lot of things right on the console. The sequels to the games I loved on the N64 were absolutely fantastic, such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, etc. And then new franchises that were introduced such as Animal Crossing really made the console something special (I know that Animal Crossing existed on the N64, but it didn't in the US).
SSBM and Animal Crossing were games that I played for years and enjoyed endlessly. The games that I felt disappointed with I've realized in the end were only disappointing to me for reasons I can't put my fingers on. So unlike the Wii, where every game on the console I have played has easily definable flaws, sadly. The GCN and its games came from a completely different Nintendo than the one that made the Wii.

At this point I have to consider it the 3DS. So many great games already out for it, and so many great titles coming in the years to come. It has the potential to become the greatest console ever made by the end of its lifespan.

Nintendo 64!
Even if one of it's games is a disgrace to Pikachu!
Pokedex entry: Mewtwo: The butt pokemon. It is really sexy and any pokemon that sees it wants to have sex with it. It's power comes from it's butt.

Gamecube, definitely. No one else seems to appreciate the thing but I think it really was one of Nintendo's best consoles. Some of their best first party games like Super Mario Sunshine, SSB Melee, Wind Waker and Metroid Prime were on it. And it didn't do too bad in terms of multiplats either, I mean how can you go wrong when you have games like TimeSplitters and the actually decent Tony Hawks?
I also love the fact that the main design was purple, even though I've always had the black Gamecube.
Definitely.
Resident Evil 0, rebirth, 2, 3, Code:Veronica, 4
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Smash Brothers Melee
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime
Killer 7
