I started back in the day with Nintendo 64 and my dad and I would play Super Mario 64 all the time before we moved to our house. I had great times and that is what got me into gaming.

I would have to say it's a tie between the Original XBOX, N64, and PSP

I had sooooooooo many memories on the N64. Ahhhhh Zelda Ocarina of Time was the first and best video game I ever played. Then came Rush 2049 and multiplayer on Golden Eye 007

The Original Xbox brought my family the closest it's been ever. Pac-Man World 2/3, Tetris Worlds, 007 Agent Under Fire, Night Fire, Everything or Nothing. Madden, GTA San Andreas. The Xbox rest its green soul, caused my mom, dad, and I to get along better than ever trying to solve Pac-Man puzzles or working together to escape the cops on San Andreas. And I can't forget the hours we spent on Soul Calibur II Fight Night Round 3. We had Tournaments! And Lets Most definately not forget JET SET RADIO FUTURE! Hands down the second best game of all time!!!!!!!! Withe the first of course being Zelda Ocarina of Time.

The PSP. Lets just say, I would have died if my grandma didn't get me one of those.

Probably SNES was my favorite of all time. I still play SNES games on my gaming laptop with an emulator. SNES had such a wide range of excellent games for every genre. Street fighter and Mortal Kombat were at their finest for fighter games. Mario RPG, Earthbound, FF3(6), and Chronotrigger were great RPGs. Platformers such as mario and donkey kong were as fresh and innovative as they could be for that time. I should even mention the controller was a well designed improvement over the original Nintendo's. I guess when you rap it all up, it really was a "Super" Nintendo.

nintendo 64 for me then gamecube, n64 had the best multiplayer games ever!! wii u will be the next thing tho im sure

I would say a toss up between Wii and GameCube but since Wii can play GameCube games , Wii games, AND Virtual console it wins hands down. Handheld is the 3DS by far.

I'm going to cheat and say the
Wii U mainly cuz it looks really promising.
favorite handheld is the 3DS. the graphics are good enough to not look horrible and the game library is steller.

My favorite system would probably be the PS1. Graphically weaker than the N64, but there were so many good games for that thing. It was Earthbound and the PS1 that got me into RPGs.

Kid Icarus: Uprising, Ocarina of Time 3D, Heroes of Ruin, Super Mario 3D Land, Kingdom Hearts 3D*, Tales of the Abyss, Mario Kart 7, Monster Hunter 3G*, Resident Evil: Revelations; and with games like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Monster Hunter 4, New Super Mario Bros 2, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and Scribblenauts Unlimited coming soon. I'd say that's pretty darn good for one year on the market.

My favorite BY FAR is the GameCube but my top 5 are definitely, 1. GameCube, 2. N64, 3. 3DS, 4. Wii, 5. DS Lite. Some of my favorite video games were on the GameCube (Wind Waker, and several others,) so it's my favorite hands-down! Although I do REALLY like the N64 and 3DS, but the whole N64 analog stick controversy thing turned me off it for quite a while.

Probably the GameCube, it was my first home console besides the PS2 and I have fond memories of Paper Mario TTYD, Smash Bros. Melee and multiple others.

my favorite gaming system is... uhhh...
wow, i kind of hate all of them, i usually still get a console but i have lately been a linux gamer, and the pain is worth it
i have started off with the super nintendo, then the xbox, which is guess is a favorite, had plenty of fun playing star wars battlefront, that game was fun just for killing tons of cpu's

Top 5
Game Boy Color - its the first system I truly owned
PS2 - everybody had one so I didn't really have to buy a lot of games for it
Wii - such a versatile console, it can play Wii and GC games, (and with a little hackery it can play almost all retro consoles)
Dreamcast - was shortlived but I had fun playing Crazy Taxi and House of the Dead
PS3 - its my JRPG console, movie player also very versatile

On thinking about the games I've most enjoyed and spent the most time on here is my list;

and the winner is;

Nintendo 64. Really loved some of the games like Mario 64 and the controller and instant loading cartridges was brilliant. The only thing I didn't like was the manky video output.

A close second was Dreamcast.

Hmmmm... I can't decide between the 3DS and the DS. But, since the 3DS has backward-compatibility, 3DS!!! I'm not too much of a console fan, although SSBB IS AWESOME!!!
