I guess we finally get to see how Hashirama beat Madara. It's also interesting to see that Orochimaru may have been talk no jutsu'd by Sasuke, and might even be a good guy now. It's also cool how he managed to overpower Tobirama

I was really hoping that Buggy didn't become a Shichibukai, but I guess it was to be expected. I wonder who the seventh one is though. Certainly not Crocodile or Bonney I'm sure.

One Piece was really good this week with the introduction of the Blind Swordsman and the mystery of the talking toys.

I don't believe it's a sword he's carrying, but rather some walking stick.
Some think he's Fujitora, the admiral sent out by Akainu a chapter ago

it could be fujitora If we assume that he has some kind of gravity based power. Fuji means wisteria which is purple and apperently the color purple is often associated with gravity in Japan hence the Gravity Suit from Samus and Megaman. I could be completely wrong here though.

Well, I think it's Fujitora mostly because of his oh-so-detailed face. Much like the original three (Aokiji, Kizaru, Akainu) his probably depicts a real life actor's face.

Bleach 530 - It was the only chapter released to day since Naruto was scheduled for a break, and Oda got sick again. Anyway, Kubo generally does a pretty good job with the flashbacks. Unlike Naruto, they don't seem like filler at the least. The last page pretty much shows that Ichigo was born part hollow, part shinigami, part quincy, and part human. That hollow at the end greatly resembled some hybrid between Ichigo's hollowfied form and his Zangetsu.
I also hope to see more Ryuken. Otherwise, nice chapter.

Naruto and One Piece were super boring today.
Still under the impression the blind dude is an admiral. His parting words seemed like a warning to me.
Naruto 627 - Yay, no more flashback. Hopefully this war can end soon, 'cause it seems to have dragged on considerably
One Piece 705 - As usual, a lot is happening. The colusseum is probably the most interesting part at the moment since most everything seems to be happening there.
Bleach 533 - Not sure where this is going, but it seems Byakuya and Mayuri were captains the same time Isshin was one.

I enjoyed One Piece this week. I'm curious to see who else is on the boat with Brook,Chopper,Nami, and the little kid(forgot his name). And you were right. The Blind man was an admiral for the Navy.

Homg Kishimoto made a new manga. That means Naruto is really getting wrapped up??

Naruto is in endgame position, yes.
And speaking of Naruto, Naruto 630 is out.
It's basically a Talk no Jutsu chapter, and the entrance for the four Kages. I'm starting to wonder what Naruto's point in this war really is. He hasn't really shown us anything particularly amazing and has done jack squat against Madara and Obito.

Did anybody here know or read about Stan Lee's Manga? I forgot what it was called I think its Ultimo? I really enjoyed that manga coming from an american comic book artist and writer, I never got around to finish it because my highschool only had 1 volume.

I have hated Sasuke for awhile now, but I still couldn't help but crack a smile when he came to help Naruto. Although, I don't know if he really wants to save the hidden leaf village or not. And why did it take him longer to reach the battle field? And where did Orochimaru go? These questions lead me to believe he has a secret agenda.

Naruto 631
I had the exact same reaction to Sasuke announcing he wanted to be Hokage. This chapter was hilarious. I must say, however, that I don't quite like Minato being able to also go Kyuubi mode as well. Also, Madara's reactions to Hashirama are still as funny as ever. It's weird how this doesn't even feel like "the fate of the world depends on our actions" anymore. At this point, it just seems comical.
Bleach 538
Solid chapter. Kubo has done great work on these origins stories as of late. The pacing was also fairly great I thought. In particular, the developments seen are of interest to me. Hitsugaya is actually training something besides his bankai. Shuuhei has a bankai. Mashiro is a super vice captain. And Komamura had some relation with a huge dog. Will be interested in the next chapter!

lol, dat Naruto chapter. There's no way Sasuke can be accepted back into the village. But, characters and logic aside, this moment is something I've dreamt up since I was young...
The humor reminded me of part 1, that's a good thing. But really... Kishi's set the stage for an epic battle. Madara, Kages, Sasuke. Orochimaru final villian, anyone?
