At launch yes I can see how that could be a problem but throughout the year I don't see it much of a problem since 10 must have games don't release at the same day/week and you have all the time that games don't come out to save some money to get the upcoming games. Since Game developers are spending more money to push the best graphics they will need to charge more money since they hired more designers and programmers to get the game ready by launch. It is risky to sell games at $70 during launch since we are buying new consoles, so I don't expect it to be $70 dollars at launch, but I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up during the Consoles life time. That's too much.

Not only are we a very greedy country, it is also difficult to find a good job, and you guys get paid more as far as I'm concerned.
What we do is, if we ever need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
We put the volume up to eleven. One louder.

I expect 60 or less.
Yes, 70$ for a game is a lot for a normal American. It bothers me when people from other countries get bothered by Americans wanting lower prices.

Our cost of living is sky high, our wages are around the same as yours, and it's absolutely horrible trying to find a job in some European countries right now.

L.A. Noire didn't come out on November. We all know November is the go to month to release games.Psh!

In one month.
Now did you buy all of them? I did except Halo(no Xbox) and I don't like Sonic and Rayman much. Did the $60 price effect me, not really since they were spread throughout the month, so why would $70 dollars make a difference?

The only ones of those I bought were Batman and Mario.
I just picked the ones I kept hearing about talking to others.

You want the wiiu A Next GEN system rumored to be able to run games in native 1080p at least 2x more powerful than all current console's with disc able to hold up to 25gb in memory, yet you feel games should still be priced at $60 and below. WOW.
If u cant get the games i suggest getting gamefly because there is no reason why companies should struggle to keep low prices while providing you with the best of the best tech out at the moment

It feels like a great price range for the people I discuss it with, and I think it's a good price. And why is that?
$60-$70
I don't want the standard price to be at $70.

Actually, a lot of the newer releases are hitting this mark for short periods at EB Games. I hate myself for not picking up Battlefield 3 back when it was cheap.I'd love to pay $70 for a game...........in Australian dollars.
Recently got FFXIII-2 and Ass Creed Revelations at $68 each. That's pretty good since it's a $40 saving on both. You can also get 2 for $40 at JB Hi-Fi.
As for Wii U Games, I really don't want them to be anymore expensive than the PS3/Xbox 360 games. I could probably get discounts on games due to my EB level (I think).
And I got Battlefield: Bad Company 2 at a Go-Lo for $9. That's a lolsale right there people.
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON
