I would love to play this game. To be honest, true or not the insulting Sony for "copying" Nintendo stuff is kinda getting annoying.

Hey what can I say most people are close minded on some stuff. I don't know about you guys, but I like to have different choices not just one option. We got rid of monopolies for a reason. Also it's just a fighting game with different mascots we don't even know if it's actually going to be like SSB or like Tekken, Mortal Kombat, or Street Fighter. All they said was Fighting game with the Playstation Characters they didn't say it was a copy of SSB they said it was Sony's answer to SSB. Just like Nintendo is making a Racing Game to compete with Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport.

I'm going to put the thing in bold on the first post.

They don't hate it because it's on the 3DS(or they haven't heard of it like me) they only hate this one because it's coming from Sony.

Well the "copy' part is how they make it out to be, like everything else between Sony and Nintendo. Guys, who is to say this will even be on a 2D Plane? It can very well be a 3D figter. Plus there is this word called "Competition". If competitiors in an industry creates something that sells well and takes marketshare, of course other competitiors are going to make their own spins. Its the same thing with the Wii Remote and PS Move(which obviously didn't work).

Multiple Sack Boys is a really bad idea, it's just grasping at straws. The problem with sony franchises is that they lack depth in the amount of characters per series. Besides Nathan Drake, what does Uncharted have? Sully, Elaine, Chloe....beyond that, the characters are hardly memorable.

I'm also curious as to why you think an xbox version would be better. I feel like they suffer the same problem sony has, maybe to an even worse extent.

How can you honestly think that this list could make a good crossover beat 'em up game?

I will 100% agree with you Fable, Gears and Halo, those are givens. Hell, I'll even give you Alan Wake and Viva Pinata and the rest of the RARE developed games on your list. Mass Effect would never happen, lost odyssey was an over-hyped game that face-planted with critics/gamers and roboblitz/toy soldiers/Splosion are a bunch of indie developed XBLA games that microsoft probably don't even know exist. An xbox version of a massive crossover game like a smashbros would suck....bad, much worse than a sony one.

As much as I dislike the idea of a playstation version of smash bros, the cast would destroy whatever microsoft could put forth.

Uncharted, Sly cooper, Jak & Dexter, Ratchet & clank, Resistance, InFamous, Twisted Metal, Metal Gear Solid, God of War, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet, Shadow of the Colossus, Ico, Heavenly Sword, Heavy rain....That is all that comes to mind; And I didn't even include future Insta-classic games like The Last Guardian an Last of Us.




It's not even funny how much better that sounds than a microsoft one.
