Just got posted today, the poster saying he was at a Nintendo conference today and he says the Wii U name is changed to Nintendo U, I like the animation of it but I'm taking it as a grain of salt until there investor meeting or E3 2012.

What do you think.

I can dig it.

I can't decide if I like the logo though.... the animation is cool. I'm warming up the the "togetherness " that the n on top of the u conveys.

It's weird how they also made the trademark spin I would have made it appear after it stopped spinning.

Obviously it's fake, but I love that logo.

Boring name but is less confusing and uses the same idea as Wii. But yeah lets take it with a grain of salt..

Ugh... Nintendo U I don't like it. Nintendo then U just to little to it and for the record I don't like Nintendo 64 (the name) there's just not much to it. Also logo is FAKE!

Hell yeah! It reminds me of the Nintendo 64. Short and sweet, nice and simple. And it places emphasis on the "Nintendo" part.

If this turns out to be true, I will be a very very happy man. ;)

EDIT: That video does look rather fake though. I'd still like to hope that maybe he's got some insider info anyway though..

interesting. but probably not true. although if it is renamed, this would be a good name for it, considering it still maintains the u that we have got used to. and away with the wii which is confusing.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was from the same people that posted that Project Cafe video. They just made a different account so it can be more believable.

good point lol but this seems very believable and proffesional. but from what the person posted in the description it sounds like it's a fake. but im not sure

A High School or Middle School student can make that easily in Flash. That logo doesn't really have that much creativity, they just took the DS logo idea and put it on the front and used the U icon for the two screens.

lol yah good point even though i have never used flash. but still its beleivable to me
