I was browsing the gamestop website when I found a listing for the price of the Assassin's Creed III Wii U game, and it said $99.99, and I'm sure this is just Gamestop putting the price ahead because they don't know the exact price, but that implies that it might not be a typical $59.99 game. What are the odds that the tech in Wii U will make the games cost more?

60 is away to much.. pc wins again. 49.99 (euro) was a very good price that nicento have in all prev desktop systems..

Those are just place holder prices and not final by any means. Nintendo hasn't finalised any pricing yet.

Here is a link to the system and games for preorder at UK retailer Shop To. The system price is definitely a place holder and game prices whilst not definite are probably fairly realistic.
