If you want a movie that is terrible in terms of content there is A Serbian Film. Make sure you do research into it though before you watch, because it is infamous for being the most disgusting and vile movies ever made. Also if you want just a so bad it's good horror movie watch Birdemic: Shock and Terror. It is hilariously bad.
