Where are people getting the specs from? The link only has features not performance. I can't see a mention of clock speed or actual performance of the wii u gpu.
Exactly .... we know it's modern tech, we know it's compute shaders and tesselation, possibly DX11, but all these discussions are more speculation-time killing, practically pointless.

anyhows you need to re check nintengen A GREAT BLOG as theres new info on the gpu E6760 is likely very like the wiiu gpu and both wiiu and this gpu both use green hill software to run the embedded gpu solution looks like wiiu could be a system on package rather than a system on chip....like ion or ion 2
a E6760 with 32mb edram on say 512bit interface then 128 bit interface to main ram would clearly be a huge step up from the xenos plus 10mb edram of x360
compute shaders/opencl etc and a standard E6760 easy beats out a ati 4850 in bench marks

it just a article based on the already leaked specs its just a re look i dont get why we have a new thread why not a thread about this E6760

If you look up the GPU you start to find it's equivalent which is an AMD Radeon HD 6750. GPU review has those specs

Why does this thread keep being duplicated, locked, then duplicated again?
This is just the exact same crap we got a week after e3 in that other thread with the exact same sources.
O_o what ia really funny is I don't see a lot of negative posts yet. And its the same source.

Same source but isn't it confirmed now rather than just speculation?

No, it's still the same speculation.Same source but isn't it confirmed now rather than just speculation?
The "confirmation" they linked is the same "confirmation" as before, a neogaf poster.
While I see him as trustworthy, it's not from Nintendo so it's not confirmed.

NO A
E6760 GPU MORE LIKE
http://giapytech.com...n-e6760-review/
The data presented in accordance with AMD, Radeon E6960 performance can be obtained in the 3DMark Vantage score of P5300 or more, compared to 60% increase Radeon E4690, basically the equivalent of the desktop Radeon HD 6750.
PS: I think when they wrote 6960, I *think* they meant 6760 as it's a 6760 review

speculation
i was hoping for both next gen compatability (which this {still rumor} shows will most likely have)
and about a 4x increase from xbox360, where with the controller price may just be stealing nintendo's money at that point XD
3x is kai, as long as you dont get too much of a hit

Awwwwwww crap
Got excited for nothing............
PS: This e6760 can run 6 displays simultaneously apparently.
Also noticed it runs on 500/600GFLOPS, that's a bit disappointing,

Oh.Sorry, that quote was confusing. I meant the console shown in E3. (I just had this sudden realisation.) From what I've seen, or rather what I haven't seen, is an Ethernet port.

Noway they would go from a 4850 to 6760, since devs spoke of a performance increase. Most likely a 6770 since its also embeddedWaaaaaaaaait a minute here that embedded GPU only scores a 5870, doesn't the 360's GPU score a 7018?? I think that this GPU will probably be an embedded chip, but will have a closer chipset between the AMD Radeon HD 4850 and AMD Radeon 4890 rather than the 560GFLOPS we see in this one

Hmmm how about the 4890?? That's technically better and cheaper than the 6770, and it has a 256-bit memory bus, compared to the 128 bit memory bus in the 6770. The strange thing is that the 6770 while slightly less powerful can support Open Gl 3.2 and Shader Model 5, which I don't get :S

The 6770 has a higher memory clock and newer architecture. Thus I beleive is where newer open gl and shaders come in. The flops are basically the same though the main reason for the 6770 over the 4890 is the max power draw. With 4890 around 190 and 6770 around 108. Also the 6770 is embeded and uses eye infinity. But the 4890 has a sweet mem bandwidth...Hmmm how about the 4890??
