Check out THIS ARTICLEto see some perfect pics that compare the new Zelda 3DS with the N64 original. I had no idea that so much was changed, and it's getting me even more excited!

Some are saying that they actually upgraded the look and graphics too much, and are ruining the nostalgia factor. I personally disagree with that because I think that the changes were very carefully planned out and not too extensive. They really did a good job, not only are the faces more modern, but the buildings and landscape are remolded completely. Although as seen in the comparison article, the remodeling is inspired strictly from the original. With that being said, I think that the graphics could have been potentially even better, looking more like a smoothed over Wii game, but they didn't go that far. Which is a good thing.  :P

I definitely appreciate the subtlety of the improvements made. It doesn't change what made the original great, it just brings it up to the level of detail the designers wish the could have brought to the table originally.

Wow, it looks great! They did a fantastic job remodeling pretty much everything. Image is much more clear as well.

I can't wait for this game. :P Thanks for posting this. :)

wow some of those comparisons are just amazing.
Looking more likely I'm going to have to buy a 3DS, guess I'll wait for some sort of updated version Lite or XL style.

I completely agree!!! :P

Eh, I wouldn't keep thinking that if I were you. For one, Nintendo has stated they don't plan on any revisions, if any, for a long time. When you think about it, there's no need for revisions. The original DS was made lite because it was too heavy...pretty simple thing. DSi was an upgrade that introduced the camera. DSiXL was just another alt version of DSi, nothing was different component wise.
So with all that being said, it's pretty obvious that the 3DS will not have a revision because there's no reason for it, it's only been done in the past to increase efficiency and introduce key features. There are no more key features to come to the 3DS and its physical state does not need improvement, at least enough to require a new system as did the first DS.
The only thing I see being a potential revision in the future, is one with a better 3D display. Apparently, scientists have just recently invented a 3D display screen that isn't merely linear parallax, but changes shape to fit the viewing angle. In short, you can look at it from several angles and move it around without losing the 3D effect. I read about this a few months ago, and unfortunately I can't find the article or source that I read. Anyway, this technology was just invented and if it can even be perfected is highly in the air, so this is all very speculative.

It is not yet out in Australia, however from the demo, I can see that the graphics are pretty good and the controls are quite nice.

The graphics have improved along with the animation a bit. It is also noticeable difference. Although I wished they fixed those stairs.

I'm really looking forward to this but i have to wait until the 30th of June to get it :P, though i get an ocarina with it so the wait isn't too bad.

This statement is false. The previous statement is true.

RIP in peace Nintendo.

There's a huge improvement from the original here, although with the original being 13 years old that's to be expected. Grezzo have done a great job with this game and I can't wait to be playing it.
