I've only been here for about 2 days now, but I have asked around and I've noticed that it's barely being used. The reason its barely being used isn't because people don't want to talk through the chat. It seems to happen because people don't see anyone using the room and whats the sense in joining an empty room?

What I do is I open an extra tab for the chat room, and I have one tab open for the forums. This way I can stay active on a post, while at the same time, be in the chat room. I'm trying to raise awareness of the chat room so that more people can participate in these discussions. People shy away from it because nobody is ever on, but if we each do this then people can take advantage of the room and it can actually serve its purpose.

I find us fortunate to have one, many other forum chat rooms suck big time. Many do not have any at all. Idk.. its just an idea, but please, let me know what you think about it. Thanks.

I definitely agree that no one is barely on. I also think it has a lot to do with who's active and what not. Hopefully more people listen to your advice.. It would be nice to get to know more people :3

I usually do the same thing, but I usually don't pin down a chat room tab.

I use it every now and then but i just honestly don't have enough of an attention span to sit in the chat room and be active while in it.

Yes! It was a really good chat. Also, I think we should all wear monocles as a symbol for our Super Chat Unity.
Maybe we should post time we're usually on so people will be a tad more aware?

Not always. Sometimes they are booted for no good reason. Sometimes they are still banned, even after they learned their lesson.

If you're in the chat without activity, you're kicked.. though is that's not what you're referring too, then ouch. I haven't been here long enough to know, but timed bans rather than perm bans should so much better..

Prolly wont use the chat.... unless some sick game tourneys break out anytime soon (last time i actively used a forum chatroom was nhl 2k11 leagues) butthe time you all chat coincides with my GW2 time
