Every large business, with small businesses you get one or the other, although I have a very good small video game store near me so I only go to GameStop when I'm at the mall (it's where my GameStop is) the only bad thing about my locale store is they charge 64.99 for games, but I don't mind because I really like the people

When I was going to Buy Kid Icarus Uprising they wouldn't let me get the game because they said "You can't buy games on launch day without reservingpre ordering it I asked "How many people reserved it he said "None". And I had to wait until the next day

Wow... this is just... wow...

I would be inclined to believe it was just bad service at a couple of stores.. but how can so many Gamestops be so horrible?

Wanna know what else I hate about GS? The fact the employee's slack off work, or talk to other people/employees instead of coming up to the register and giving you your game.

Gamestop has never given me crap before.

Although the way you guys put it, American retail sounds like a crap experience.

the worst i have gotten from gamestop was when i went to buy paper mario the thousand year door, and they said they stopped getting gcn games in april. i was not in a good mood that day
