Would it/could it come as an HD remake?
I'll go with Windwaker since I already have Metroid Prime Trilogy Wii...although it'd be awesome to see those in HD.
So many HD possibilities. I hope Nintendo starts throwing out HD remakes like the other systems have.

Since both Pikmin and Metroid Prime are on the Wii with better controls, they won't end up in the eshop. So, I'd say Wind Waker or Eternal Darkness.
