There's a rumor that says this. "nintendo will close it's doors in 2014 and become a third party company leaving microsoft and sony". I don't believe this at all. Nintendo has been very successful comapny. I think everybody on this forum will agree that this a big lie.

There's no way that can be true, they're a too strong of a company to become third party and they have the Wii U.

I'm pretty sure if Nintendo were going to quit, they'd have said so already.
Besides. the 3DS is doing well for itself, and the Wii U looks like it's going to have a good start, so I highly doubt this rumor.
