No, The Conduit imo was a pretty awful game from a developer known to make pretty awful games. Sadly I got caught up in the hype along with many others. And it was one of my 3 regrettable purchases I made for my Wii. plus Halo isn't the top gunner anymore anyways. So even if The Conduit was trying to be Nintendo's Halo it came a little late.
Nintendo has the Prime series which I and many would probably consider Nintendo's flagship FPS (Wouldn't call it Nintendo's Halo for obvious reasons) Who knows maybe in the future they'll make Metroid Prime Dread with online multi-player. As for The Conduit though, It's just another High Voltage software title.
Could "The Conduit" be Nintendo's halo?

Since there has been a working demo of a Conduit game running on the 3DS, it seems that High Voltage is likely working on a Conduit game for that system. If so, I think they should create a Conduit game for the Wii U in tandem that can be played on both platforms with cross platform support. At least this way they would have a gimmic to help market their cause.
