My first WIi U had the blinking blue light, I exchanged it at the store. Then the 2nd Wii U gamepad was all messed (Gitchly green bar at top of the screen) screen was a total mess... So, sent the gamepad to Nintendo for repairs.

My power went out about five minutes after the update (thank god), but I have had two crashes since I got it. The crashes really didn't annoy me that much. Life goes on. What did annoy me though was when the power went out during the wii to wii u system transfer and I lost everything off my wii. But then I realized I had a wii u to play anyway, who needs those old wii games?
