So i made this poll to see how many problem have problems with there wii u.
I got mines and all has been fine.
It took a while for the system update but other then that all works fine. Been playing it most of the day wothout problems.
Even played AC3 in 3d on the tv and then in the other room via gamepad.

So check the poll and post your problems if you got them.
Im truly wondering of it a hardware problem or software and how many people are effected.

Frome what I'm hearing it has tonnes, a website riped it to pieces earlier, turns out it might be even less powerful than we originally thought.

Ah spec are over rated.
I drive a boosted civic which is faster then most cars out there, and weIl out perform then. but on paper it looks like there car is faster.

All i can say.about the wii u spec is we will see in 6yr how end.of life games look compared to launch window.
It might not be the power house we wished it would be up it can outdo the ps3 amd xbox360 and probably wont be much behind the ps4 n x720( or whatever there names will be).

My wii U has crashed twice now, once trying to setup my nintendo network ID, and once when updating my miiverse status.

That's horrible!! The update took me over 2 and half hours and I was afraid something would of happened in between the update. Did you contact Nintendo??

Yeah, I'm sending them the console tommorow morning, and they'll either fix it, or send me a new one by Friday. The only good thing is its free of charge

Sounds great! It's great to see Nintendo being very nice to their loyal fans! Let me know when you get it so we can swap Nintendo Network ID's.

I had my console freeze twice when browsing the forums a few days back, but since then there hasn't been a single problem. Even on the Internet browser. *nock-on-wood*

I had maybe one or two freezing issues that forced me to unplug the Wii U and replug it back in. That's all that has occurred and it's been awhile since I've experienced those issues (which occurred within the first two days of ownership). I'm glad you made this poll, as I've been wondering how often these issues truly occur.

I'm kind of torn about polls like this. I mean - if I only had a couple of freezes since launch but all is good now - should I consider myself fortunate and say I don't have any problems? Or should I be completely "freeze-free" since the start to say this?

I know some people don't care if it freezes a bit, but as long as it works great after that and they can game for hours-upon-hours - they consider it a-ok...

Same here. I've had quite a few crashes, but it hasn't happened for a while...

I never had any problems but as for the people that do I would recommend complaining to Nintendo so they know how urgent it is to fix these problems.

Id say you have no problem if it was only a few times.
Its new hardware and software, there will be bugs. Just as long as the system isnt breaking down every 2mins not letting you play a game. Then all is good.

Nice poll! I would like to have seen an option for chosing basic or deluxe model.

My Deluxe system was freezing so I exchanged it.

Glad to see more people not having problems with the Wii U. Let's hope we don't get some kind of.... Blue Lights of Death anytime soon
