You could compare the PS3 and 360 version with the Wii U version, but games that are optimized for the HD twins won't run as good as on the Wii U. The Wii U is a modern piece of hardware with changes in the architecture, much more GPU based. The WII U uses level of shading and lightning that's just not possible on the 360 and PS3. An example would be Nintendo Land. Both of the screens have excellent shadows, great lightning, and crisp textures.
