Swearing in films/games adds realism. Do you really think Tony Soprano would mind his language while beating a guy to death with his bare hands?


Are you implying the Sopranos is realistic?

You misunderstood, I meant dramatic realism. You are confusing this with reality, which no, Sopranos does not really portray.

When characters swear in Video games it often sounds really forced. Bad scripts and bad voice acting make games sound like third rate actions films.

I've never met a serving or ex-solider who had one of those ridiculous gravelly voices found in Call Of Duty Blops 2. Considering it's rated 18 it seems to be have a 13 year old's impression of masculinity. I blame WWE!
