Yikes. I probably would of threw up if i seen this.
The guy is apparently scarred for life now, he doesn't want to eat at KFC. I wouldn't blame him neither, the food is truly awful.

i have only ever had one KFC, it was ok.
are they sure it was a brain, could it not be some sort of minced chicken or pieces of chicken that have got caught up in machinery & fell into the batter ?

The article says. It was actually a kidney, rather than a brain. If it happened to me. I'd be put off KFC for a while, but it probably wouldn't have caused him any harm if he had eaten part of it.

The chicken parts are sorted by hand somewhere, one tired worker misses something and it goes along the line, gets the secret recipe and is cooked up at the restaurant.
Usually if you mail the company and show them they'll offer you something so you don't make bad press for them, but that's it.

With this article and reading the book Fast Food Nation by Eric Shlosser, it makes me really reluctant to go eat fast food.

I havn't had KFC in a long time, the last time I did was about 10 years ago back when the food was half decent. Nowadays the chicken just swims in grease. EW.
