I'm happy.. but not too happy. I'm confused as to why they waited this long... even more so, just plan why.. Did the game sell well in Europe?

I don't think it sold very well in Europe at all. It is odd that the game is just now getting a NA release. However, it's good to know that Operation: Rainfall was a complete success. 3 for 3!

I think Europe still prefers platformers to rpg's.

Wow. I still need to get The Last Story, and I still need to play Xenoblade (I bought it but havent played it that much)
