I'll definitely check out the demo since I'm on the fence about Monster Hunter in general. Running around and fighting colossal monsters at first glance doesn't seem to be my cup of tea. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

Its definately not for everyone.

Especially since its not just running around fighting monsters. A lot of time is spent properly preparing, farming, gathering resources, digging through dino terds, crafting potions.....

Failing to prepare will end a hunt in disaster every time.

I'm looking forward to the 3DS version. I very much hope the Wii U game has more freedom about it than the Wii game as that felt restricted when playing. Good to see they are going to put demos out there.

if you order from Capcom you get a classical pro controller free. I have a lot of wii games I want to play that you can use the controller. hell its 20 on amazon. I know its not the new 1 but free with preorder how can you beat that. also good for games on vc that you wont be able to use wii u gamepad.

I'll play the demo since I am basically broke since buying the wii u, it will have to waste the time until I have enough cash to buy the full game.

Since I don't have a Classic Controller Pro I went ahead and preordered it from the online Capcom store. Thanks for the info. Note: In the invoice it said the unit price for the CCP was 50 bucks. I thought they sold for 20 and the Pro Controller was 50. Oh well still getting a free controller.

Hhhmmm, that looks interesting, that series has completely passed me by in the past but i will definitely play the demo and make a judgement on that
