Well we know they don't enforce it, at least not always. Just look at The Witcher 2.

I have already cancelled my pre-order for the Wii U version, i have a PS3 & X360 but i would of got the game for my Wii U because it would be the best version, i had no intention of getting Rayman for my PS3 or X360, but now you have lost a sale because i won't be buying Rayman for any system now !

Most people with a Wii U already own either a PS3 or X360 !!

I will have plenty more games to play in Sept on my Wii U, PS3 & X360, how you could release Rayman in the same month as GTA V is ludicrous.

A exclusive demo for the Wii U is going to do nothing, we all ready have a demo that can only be played 20 times !

I feel sorry for the dev's who have worked on the game but nothing Ubisoft do now will change peoples minds, even if the Wii U date was changed back to Feb people would not buy it.

What Ubisoft has done is a first for a games publisher, completely destroy a franchise/game in one fell swoop & not only this but the situation is completely unresolvable.
