Ubisoft first response "I have looked into the situation of your gems not being delivered. They appear to have been delivered at this time. The delay in delivery could be due to server lag during the time of the transaction. This normally happens during high traffic hours. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."
Ubisoft second response: "Thank you for sending in your question. Our records still show that the gems were delivered with no issue, You are more then welcome to dispute a charge back, however this will result in account block from Playspan, and you will need to pay back a 25 dollar charge-back fee before making any future purchases using Playspan."
So note no offer to resolve the issue just not our problem. We gave them to you the fact that they disappeared is not our problem it is yours. Oh and if you ask for your money back we will ban you from the site until you pay us.
