Since one of the common complaints about the original was that it was too easy i think hero mode will be my go to on October 4th.

To all you saying Nintendo is always looking to pinch a few extra Pennies out of their customers i have to say, "Y'all never had a Microsoft console, did you?"
Nintendo is one of the best for reasonable prices. It's the same people complaining that this year club Nintendo platinum rewards weren't good enough. Wanna know what Microsoft gave me for buying all the halo games and the gears of war games? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! They charged me extra so i could play the whole game (online), even though the online development is part of the cost of the game already.
Adding $2 is not that big of a deal. Relax y'all.

I thought the humor would be goofy, but this game is really REALLY funny. Everything from Columbo to Dirty Harry is being referenced and i only just turned it on.

The thing about Nintendo is that they rarely care what the other companies are doing. They aren't going to blast out a ssb or Zelda trailer just to steal attention from their competitors. They've never done reactive marketing like that. They aren't looking to the competitors for where to draw the lines in the sand.
Isn't that what makes nintendo awesome, though? They don't just mimic their competition & call it innovation. They are the innovators! It's Sony & ms that mimic nintendo. The so called "big boys" haven't had a truly innovative idea yet.
The only thing that made them superior in the last set  of consoles was third party support.
   I'm hoping nintendo has a good e3 because I want them to, but I'm not banking on it just because the others are supposed to.

Just bought Sonic Racing. I wasn't planning to get this game, but between playing the demo and seeing how much love it was getting on here and the great price point I decided to go for it. I am so glad I did. I think I like this game more than Mario kart & I love that us Genesis fan boys finally get some love. All this game.needs is dlc that let's you play as Toejam & Earl,  Earthworm Jim and Vectorman. Hey I can ddream right?
Anyone out there looking for a racing buddy online? My NNID is falconberg

I gotta disagree with y'all about uprising's controls. I know they took getting used to, & that stand was less than useful ( I never used it) but once I got used to them I actually preferred them.

Well usually I'm the type of gamer who will give anything a go, I'm a huge fan of violent games like GTA, but then I'm a huge fan of Pokemon, I'm a very diverse person, the only reason I ask is because budget at the moment is very tight, I need someone to convince me it's worth it's £40 price tag :D

I'd say if you are planning on playing with people it's worth every £. If you are playing just you & don't see yourself having friends/family over to play, you could probably wait and buy it used for cheaper. But I will say that eventually every wii u owner should get this game. I don't want to say "Do it!" & have you wish you'd gotten COD or something instead, but it's definitely my favorite of the games I've tried (which isn't very many).

Would someone convince me to get this game, I'm still on the fence.................

If you are a fan of all the classic nintendo series' then you will  love this game. It is REALLY fun. That said, if you only really like COD & Halo type games with running plots and intense action... this is not your $60 title.
If you are worried that this is just Wii Sports for the Wii U it isn't. There are tons of unlockables and some of these games are ridiculous hard. Then throw in a totally new way of doing local multiplayer. This is possibly the best launch game out there. Only time will tell.

ZombiU has only just come out and we've started talking about a sequel? damn.
I'd want the ability to ADS, a survival mode like CoD Zombies, Co-Op online and local, Better AI, More guns and more character customization.

The irony of asking for better AI in a zombie game. Lol

The character upgrades skills as well, but you can't get those back. When you die they're gone. Pretty punishing but I like a good challenge.
